I see a connection - and reason - for the OKR writings to in a way or a another to offer a view into what is being done; instead the focus in a (sometimes teasing) strict view of outcome-based KR. The very aspect of showing of, when exists, would force the culture to treat their failures as possibilities and moreover allowing them to learn and get help. Thanks MD.
