In the context of a company that navigates through initial start-up stage of discoveries, it departs with an ideology (purpose and values) limiting or freeing the area for growth — vision.

Its constituents are the protagonists responsible for observation of their workplace, their environment, in the work day and interactions, based in current knowledge and norms known, amid technology available to them, amid the needs demanded by technology.

As they navigate, observing and communicating, they have the opportunity to tackle changes needed coming from their generalizations that may or may not take place in contrast with rationalizations.

Therefore, these generalizations are part of the innovative creational process. The rise of such generalizations in communication characterizing team behavior, yet influenced by purpose and values (ideology), can be the elements supporting growth, driving change, allowing the performance towards the vision.

Culture arises, and it is perceived by teams, as they account these generalizations that govern now the new institutional approach for being innovative towards the vision, again confined by the ideology.
